The staff at this showroom are very busy. They don't have time to attend their walk-in customers or perhaps they are not trained enough to differentiate between a window shopper and a genuine customer. Their bikes are not ready for test ride due to maintenance work and they expect people to know everything about the bike as they simply share the pricing of the bike and leave it to you to decide to buy their product or not. No explanation about the product, no explanation about the benefits of buying the vehicle, no explanation about why the vehicle is better than the competition. All the staff was interested in was giving the pricing sheet, brochure and a distant hope of getting a test ride for the vehicle you plan to spend your money on. Very disappointed and didn't expect a brand like BMW to be represented this way. Quite unfortunate really.
